You Are Chosen And Called By God

Verse: John 15:16

Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

One of the lies of the enemy in a believer’s life is that he or she is not really called and chosen by God. The enemy always targets believers’ identity and destiny because these two are vital in fulfilling the will of God to all of His sons and daughters here on earth. If this is you, if the enemy has been telling you that your calling was a mistake, or that you are not actually chosen by God along with thoughts of condemnation and discouragements, remember the words of Jesus in John 15:16. He said, “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.” You are chosen by Christ and He lives in you! You don’t have to entertain what the enemy is saying about who you are because Jesus chose you to bear fruit and do mighty works for the Kingdom of God! And that whatever you need, you may ask the Father and He will give it to you!

So whenever the enemy tells you that you are not chosen and called by God, thank the Father as you pray to Him for He has chosen you in the name of Jesus Christ. You are called by God and chose you since the beginning of time as a vessel for His Spirit! He called you to do great and mighty works and chosen you to be His partner in the Kingdom of God. Together, you will do greater things for the glory of God. This is the truth! No hell can stop God from fulfilling His plans and purpose for your life!
