HOW TO LEARN EVERYDAY

Everyone is a leader and all leaders are learners. Every leader is a learner. The moment you stop learning, you stop leading. People mostly think the leader is the pastor, the president, the manager or someone in the high position. Those are some leaders but we are all leaders in life.

Any body who has one follower is already a leader. It can be your brother, sister, friend or even someone who is not related to you. The moment a person takes initiatives and is able to give guidance or to help in situation automatically makes the person a leader.

Not all of us would be presidents, bosses, managers and CEO but all of us lead in one way or the other.Since we are all leaders what must we be doing and how do we improve on ourselves.

You must always be developing and growing and becoming what God wants you to be. Learning to be a leader takes some time but with Gods guidance we can make it. Any body who follows the footsteps of Jesus can never miss Jesus. The only time we miss Him is when we try to lead Him which is a fatal thing to do.

Ecclesiastes 10:10 “If the ax is dull and its edge unsharpened, more strength is needed but skill will bring success.” If you’ve got a dull ax and you’re chopping wood, it takes more energy. But if you have a sharp ax it doesn’t take as much energy. Work smarter, not harder. People say, Hard work brings success. I know lots of people who work hard, and aren’t successes. They do hard work digging ditches every day, but they’re not working smarter. You need to learn to be a leader.

It doesnt take hard work to be a leader. It takes the guidance of God to become the leader we have to be. If you see yourself not as a leader, then it means there is something missing. Jesus commanded us to make disciples of every nation. Every Christian is to make disciples and the moment we make disciples automatically makes us leaders.

You have not been left out. You left yourself out. It is time to make disciples and to learn.
